What Mayo is really saying is that he might not play good defense so judge him in terms of the team’s defense collectively rather than focussing on him individually.

Obviously, coach thinks Mayo can play better defense or he wouldn’t have made that comment.

Nice way to take responsibility OJ. His problem has never been talent but rather worth ethic and of us.
