Randy Moss isn't even top 25 WR of all time. The guy is a ultimate loser. Football (unlike basketball) is the ultimate team sport. Randy Moss is a selfish player, and a cancer on every team he has ever played on. There is a reason he was cut or traded by 3 teams, he is a loser. He made a living going deep and catching jump balls, which isn't a bad thing but to be considered the 2nd best ever you have to block, run routes to take defenders away from the play, and go over the middle. I'm an Eagles fan but I would put M.Irvin way ahead of Moss. When talking all-time you have to look at everything. You can't just look at stats and rank a player. Some players/people give up there own glory for the good of the team, R.Moss isn't one of them. And that is straight cash homey

II couldn't disagree more. Iggy was stunting the growth of both Turner and Holiday. Iggy has to have the ball in his hands just like those two. Also Iggy is overrated. He is a good defender, but he is suspect everywhere else in his game. Iggy will be good in Denver, but his time in Philly needed to come to a close. By far the most frustrating player the Sixers have had in a long time. The other players they gave up where going to be back ups for a few seasons before we ever got a chance to see what they really have. Bynum has a chance to be a dominate center in the East. I can see 20-25 points a game, and 10-15 rebounds a game. Not to mention he should help Holiday by actually giving him a option down low.

Kurt has continually made this "injury" seem much worse than it really is. The team, ESPN, Bynum himself has stated that his sitting out the preseason is purely precautionary. Kurt has failed to state any of these reports and instead has focused on the bone bruise. In an article written to show progress, Kurt instead highlighted his lack of conditioning and his in ability to fit into the system in time which were both rebuffed in the article itself. He has put a negative spin on this "injury" from day one.

Here is ESPN's report of the situation when it first happened. The article is titled Andrew Bynum to rest 3 weeks:
"One day before training camp was set to open, the Sixers announced Monday they would shut down their new franchise All-Star for three weeks as a precaution after he received knee treatment in Germany"
http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/8448815/philadelphia-76ers-andrew-bynum-rest-3-weeks-knee

Here is Kurts original post entitled "Bynum sidelined for three weeks with bone bruise in knee"
the procedure left him with a small bone bruise, so the Sixers have decided to play it safe and sit Bynum for the first three weeks of training camp,

There's a significant difference in the matter of doom and gloom that is reported here.

Here are some of the other posts from Kurt:
"Sixers need to accept that Bynum is a Roller Coaster"
"Andrew Bynum to have another "routine" injection in knee"
and my new favorite
"Report: Bynum to start practice Oct. 24, conditioning an issue"

Here are the titles of the original articles:
"Thorn: 'Bynum's knee takes time to heal'"
Notice that Kurt took an article, refernece Howard Eskin of all people, and created his own opinion on Philadelphia fans and the Sixers and proceeded to tell us how he's a roller coaster when the original article was just saying that he needs rest.
"Bynum still targeting late Oct. return to Sixers"
Notice in this one that it has a very positive feel to it. There's hope that he's coming back for the beginning of the season. Kurt's mocks the idea of a routine injection making it seem a lot worse than it actually is.
"Sixers' Andrew Bynum to begin practicing Oct. 24"
Notice how this one is almost exactly the same, except Kurt throws in his negative two cents. The article was actually very positive, but Kurts was like the, "yeah but..."

Kurts coverage of the Sixers has been surprisingly good outside of the Bynum coverage, but it's almost as if he WANTS Bynum to be more injured than he actually is. I'll go into each article more, but I'm pretty sure I have enough "history on my side."

It's alright. This team don't need no superstar. They've been doing it that way the last 2+ years. They have balanced scoring. I can't see this guy Bynum coming in and demanding the ball all the time anyway, They have too many other guys that are going to need to get their shots. He's just a big upgrade over any of the big men we've had the last couple of years.( Which is never a bad thing.)

Anyone else think the 76ers got fleeced? Worse case scenario:
1) Bynum comes back unprepared and starts off bad

As a fellow Sixers fan I think you seriously overreacted here. Also, Kurt has generally been pretty positive about the Sixers, so i'm not sure you have history on your side.

It's good news that Bynum appears to be on track with the schedule they laid out from the very start.

you couldn't have mentioned the part where he told DC that if it were the regular season he could be playing right now, or the part where Doc Rivers says it's way easier to add a big man to your system than it is a guard? You have to just make everything so negative about him? Does that make the Lakers fan in you feel better?
