100% agreed, it was definitely a Worthy-esque play. We should just let Green play and be himself though, right?

That was a great dunk. But Green’s defense is atrocious. The Celtics are going to have to cover for him all season. He’s lost on the defensive side of the ball.

You’re surprised? Everyone on here knows Kurt is a Heat fanboy. Don’t get me wrong I respect the Heat they won a chip how can anyone dismiss that? But to my knowledge both teams suffered injuries (Chris Bosh, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Avery Bradley Jeff Green, Jermaine O’Neal) , but either team never used injuries as an excuse.

Give credit to the Heat their first and second unit players stepped up late 4th during game 7. Boston’s bench total 2pts, Ryan Hollins! Yikes.

I agree Green is not Worthy, but here is yet another article from Kurt Helin with an undercurrent of bitterness and vitriol for Jeff Green. So, speaking of stopping it, we get your point about Green already.

Haven’t seen the other plays, but for once that move was somehow reminiscent of Worthy’s art… maybe the comparison could stop here then. Nice dunk.

Kurt spent the entire 2012 playoffs reminding readers that an injured Heat team struggled against a healthy Celtics team, usually failing to mention the loss of Bradley, absence of Green and injuries to Pierce and Allen.

Now we begin to have some appreciation of what a difference maker Green can be, but on this matter Kurt is right.

Until he proves it in the games and hopefully the playoffs, let’s not compare Green to any all time NBA greats. Period.
