Not when you’re an NBA fan and not just some homer.

I’m a Laker fan but I do appreciate what the Celtics bring to the NBA table. I would love to see them again compete in the NBA Finals and slug it out again for the most number of championships.

I didn’t realize there were so many dumbass fans….i mean dayum i thought some of you knew basketball and didn’t just go by what u see on first take and sportcenter…THE cHEAT have not done anything significant to their team…they added the back up2 guard from the celtics and added a power forward who think that he is a 2guard and who hasn’t been worth squat since he played in orlando and even then tje Celtics owned him (YouTube it)…mike miller is wack and just had one good game he will NEVER shoot that way again…there’s a reason why he has team hopped his whole career… shane discovered his shot he was consistently hitting that corner 3 all playoffs …guarantee if the celtics meet the heat in the ecf If the heat can even get there that great fortune 3′s won’thwon’t happen agaim….celtics have too many runners to d them up jeff green back…bradley was missing he’ll be back…jet..c lee…pp rondo ….hahaha ppl get lebrons nut sack from in front of your eyes and see the truth no pun intended…go c’s

Correction…just because the media says the lakers have the best team on paper doesn’t mean its true….they do have the best sg/c combo THAT’S IT…there pg is 40 and can’t play defense…power foward is soft as silk …and small forward is a head case who can’t shoot dribble or pass…and their bench is HORRIBLE have u seen that bench??? When they play they’ve been losing by am average of 20+ points… so don’t believe everything u hear and read buddy best teams have a good starting core and great bench or great starting core and good bench so with that being said… if you’re a Celtics fan as u say u are u should alr know tje Celtics have that combo starting core and bench

You said not to expect Shane Battier and Mike Miller to shoot lights out again. I’ve got to ask you a question and hope you respond. What if they do? We could look at statistics and the law of averages all day long, but one thing for sure is that if you give cold blooded killers, like shooters any hope or spark, they will kill you. This season is one that will go down as one of the best ever. OKC is pissed off and hungry as hell. Kobe is not getting any younger and he wants another one. The same can be said of Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. Chicago is not going to contend this year, so it will be between the Pacers, Celtics and Heat in the east. I think the ECF is going to be a repeat Celtic – Heat rematch, with the Heat winning.

The west on the other end is a different kettle of fish altogether. The Spurs are not slinking away. Denver is hungry and into that mix, add the Clippers, with the Rockets having an outside chance. This is going to be one “fracking” fight where every game is going to matter for seeding purposes and to avoid certain teams until later. When was the last time we had a season like that?!?! Whoever is healthiest at the end wins the west. That is what it is going to come down to. As a fan of basketball, I could not ask for more.

Which brings me back to what you said at the beginning. I think the Heat perimeter shooters go crazy again, including Mike Miller, and I think they repeat.
