I’m getting tired of some of these comments from some nba cats. Why not just let what the man did remain in it’s rightful place of history. You’re just a man Dahntay, you’re not God. You don’t control everything, so what’s with if this and if that?

Fact: If the Knicks are the laughing stock of the NBA what does that make all the teams that didn’t get in the playoffs ? Micheal Vick DeadDogs ??
Fact:LA, Chicago and NY are the biggest media markets, with the Bay Area a close 4th.
Fact:IF Felton has a decent year, Melo and Amare go off, with Novak raing threes at a 57 % clip on your team, all night long. The circus left town clown, start chasing the bus.

He might sound like a hater to some, but he speaks to what a majority already felt about “Linsanity”. He played for the Knicks in which New York is the biggest media market. Honestly that’s all the Knicks have going for them and is the reason why they get media attention. The Knicks are the laughing stock of the league.

Mr. Jones…uhmm, he played for for NY. What is your point? He got the exposure, but Jeremy Lin still had to go out and play that month and did what any guy coming off the bench should. He played ball. Him and the other cast of characters had chemistry together as a group of guys that went out with nothing to lose. And through it all, Lin was humble.

Anthony was out and so was Amare. No one expected the Knicks to do any more good so they went out and played. More rookies or guys on the bench would do well to remember that when you get your chance, just play ball.

I hope Mr. Lin does well in Houston. His succcess would be good for the League as it continues its effort to expand internationally. Can you imagine what BBall could be if it became as big as soccer? The innovations, pool of athletes, media coverage… I remember the days when The Finals were tape-delayed, shown after the 11pm news.

Maybe Houston puts McHale in an office and brings in D’Antoni to help Lin get his 20-10? Houston will not be ready to compete with OKC, either LA team for a few more years. Why not be as entertaining as possible. Do it ABA-style!
