Maybe the point is that he knows it’s possible to be traded no matter where you are, so he went to the worst team, so now if he gets traded no matter where it’ll be a pleasant surprise.

Sessions is just not very good as a starter. However, he would’ve been a perfect backup for Nash. If you’re going to be a bench player, come off the bench for a contender. The only thing Charlotte will contend for is the number overall pick.

Any team your liable to get traded unless your a franchise player, gtfoh! And if you’re worried about getting traded, 1) The Lakers are just about the most reserved of all teams when it comes to trades, they hardly trade players, and at times that can can be frustrating to me. 2) If you’re worried about being traded, wouldn’t CHA be one of those teams you would be fearing to get shipped to? I mean, get real! If you’re willing to go to CHA, you’re willing to go ANYWHERE.

Just man up and say it was about the money.

sessions was worried the lakers would end up just trading him, so he chose…the bobcats? getting traded anywhere other than charlotte woulda been better than that situation.

Sessions was not ready for playoff basketball, he stated last year he was not prepared for the intensity of it. With that said I believe he is best suited as a backup point who can run with a 2nd unit and get those quick easy buckets to the basket. He simply wasn’t a good fit as the Lakers starting PG.
