T-mac loves the game. Who are you, his accountant?

By the way, he gave the Hawks some good minutes last year. His shot’s still nice. He hustled on defense. He even dunked in traffic. He still has some skills, but he’s just getting old.

Stackhouse though, showed his age last year with the Hawks. When he got off the bench, I wanted to see him in the booth with the other old guys, commenting about how they used to do it in the new wave 90s.

yeah but they have a fan base and a core of young players. The only reason a team would ever sign all of these players was because they were brand new, had not invested draft picks in young players, and needed a way to build a fan base.

With that being said, the NBA definitely doesn’t need an expansion team.

it’s a shame there isn’t like an expansion team where some of these former all-stars could go to get starter minutes. They wouldn’t be very good, but can you imagine a team with guys like Iverson, McGrady, Kenyon Martin, Baron Davis, Jerry Stackhouse, etc. They would be able to build a fan base easily. They would have the highest attendance for a terrible team in history. Maybe they could swing a deal for Vince Carter and have Iverson, Carter, and McGrady starting. I’d get season tickets to watch that. Then they’d pick first overall and start to get better.
