I can’t figure out why any player would take less than their full contract amount in a buyout. Their next contract gives me the ability to double-dip unless they were amnestied unless I’m mistaken.

i remember J Kidd back in the day,an hard he was to get pass on D. time changes things for all of us. Raja also was a great defender back in the day but at his age it takes a special kind of individual to deal with these young legs today

Ty Corbin gave him WAY to much leash. Instead of developing Burks, Raja started a huge chunk of the season (and was pretty ineffective). His legs are shot; at this point in his career is is a situational defender at best.

It is a shame that he thinks he still “has it”; I think he could really be good for a young team with his head on straight.

he could’ve joined the lakers but he joined the jazz instead! I wonder how he’s feeling about that move now…
