No big man loved the game like Sheed.

NY is working on getting their defensive hard nose image back. Sheed and Kurt are a great start. Amare and Tyson everyday in practice against two guys who will knock your head off. Love it

LAST SEASON? Do you mean that time TWENTY-EIGHT months ago when he wasn’t good enough to help the Celtics win a game against an ice cold Lakers team? Dude is beyond washed up.

Therefore, I’d love to see the Knicks sign him and give him big minutes this season.

adding another big is an should be the objective, especially with the likes of Bynum & Hibbert in the east. but the question is if Sheed a live body anymore.

if the basketball minds in NY feel he can contribute, then pull the trigger. the knicks need the grit to add to their defensive schemes. kurt thomas plays with an attitude, tyson chandler looks to play with an edge, add sheed to that mix and i’m starting to like this dimension. the big men on the bench may not be their young spry selves, but if they can make an impact on defense then what the heck. everyone is always hesitant and skeptical when judging someone of wallace’s age, especially when you take a hiatus from the league…if anything, i think rasheed has become a fan favorite and i can bet the fans of new york will take a liken to him. his attitude sorta bodes well for the city.
