dbick, after suffering all those years with Billy King refusing to give Allen Iverson anything more than a second-rate supporting cast, how in the world can you not like the direction the team is going under Doug Collins? We have a GREAT young core to build around with Jrue, Evan, and Bynum, he’s worked magic with Spencer Hawes and is constantly mentioned to follow in Coach K’s footsteps as head coach of USA Basketball. Please take your negative Nancy shades off and look at the team he has built! You must be one of those people who think Charlie Manuel and Andy Reid should be fired too.

This is a disappointment. Really liked some of the names that were thrown around early in the process, younger, outside of the box thinkers. Now it seems Collins has almost complete control of where this team is going, never like when one guy has the majority of the power.

The key is to sign Bynam to a long term contract. If he signs elsewhere the Sixers will fall apart. How can the Sixers get Bynam to stay?
