		<description><![CDATA[Hey matt.  The magic are 4th behind the C&#039;s, lakers and spurs in reg season and playoff wins the last 5 seasons.  They must of been doing something right.  Yes things will change now that the coward is gone but if you talk about the LAST 5 seasons then yes the magic do deserve to be #4 on that list.  
Yes Otis did give out bad contracts the last 2 seasons but still were winning.  Do your homework buddy!]]></description>
