Video: Breaking down Reggie Millers’ 8 points, 9 seconds

We’ve already shown you what is Reggie Miller’s arguably most famous moment — 8 points in 9 seconds in the playoffs against the Knicks — but that was just because we enjoy watching it. And I enjoy the tweets from Knicks fans suggesting anatomically impossible things I should do.

But I bring you this video of that moment because it is quality — Coach Nick at does what he does, breaking down that play. And taking a couple shots at Charles Smith in the process.

Enjoy as we get ready for Miller’s enshrinement in the Hall of Fame this Friday.

    But we got away with it in 1999 with LJ’s 4 point play when Tony Davis didn’t even touch him.

    this guy was no fun to play defense on. reggie has the eyes of a killer. he deserves his HOF place.

    Reggie Miller was good at one thing: scoring. And he wasn’t even that good at scoring. Cracked the top 10 in scoring three times in his career. BFD.

      Whoa I was wrong! He only cracked the top 10 in ppg ONCE! One time in his whole magical career. He was 8th in 1989-1990. Most overrated player of all time. Made five all star teams… Tom Gugliotta made 5 all star teams.
