If you go to 82games, take the 2011 simple rating for AK47 (+5.2) and add in Wes Johnson and his -7.0 from last year, you get an upgrade of +12.2 at the 3.

For comparison, Kevin Durant carded a 11.2 in 2012. Kevin Love scored a 9.1. The AK47 – Wes Johnson gap is better than every player in the NBA except for James, Howard, Paul, and Wade.

That’s how spectacularly bad Wes is. Maybe the worst regular in the NBA.

I still believe the piece being moved from NO to Mn will be one of their options at the 3. Maybe it will be Miller, the rookie. He would have the cheapest contract, and wouldn’t throw a fuss splitting time with AK, although where Williams would fit in in that scenario I really don’t know.

No they wouldn’t! Stop putting this in the stories. The Wolves just traded Miller to New Orleans for a second round pick. They can’t just trade him back because it is against the rules of the CBA. He would be traded from New Orleans to Phoenix.

Also, stop considering Kirilenko as only a PF. He can play the 3 just fine and the big reason this move is being pursued is to fill the void by MN not landing Nicolas Batum.
