They were fighting for a spot last year before Rubio went down. They vastly improved the roster. Yeah, you’re right, no shot at the playoffs. Uff. Watch and learn. Not a biased T-Wolves fan either, so don’t say I’m a homer. This roster is a good one already, add AK and they are deeper and much better.

This is where you are wrong paul (not about racism, but your playoff prediction). That is nowhere near a playoff roster. Who are they gonna compete with? OKC, LAC, LAL, San Antonio, Memphis, Utah, Dallas, Denver. I don’t see them even finishing ahead of Phoenix, Houston, or even Golden State. They may be fun to watch, but they can’t defend a one-legged 5 foot center, or a 7 foot no armed point guard. That team is built to sell tickets for entertainment, not to win games. Stop fooling yourselves.

It would be different if it was a 1 time thing from you, but its not.

It’s about fit, not about skin color.
What’s funny about it? They have put together a playoff roster. I don’t care if they are white, black red yellow or green.

49% on 3-pointers? That’s pretty good, even if the lines are closer.
Shooters can always contribute, and the fact that he can handle the ball in multiple scenarios only adds to his value.
Although, I doubt he could be better than Jose Calderon.

yeah, i think you do know very little about shved. he may backup ricky sometimes but from what i have seen and read he is primarily a 2 guard. good ball handler and pretty good shooter and at getting to the rim but not quite the court vision or passing skills as ricky.

Yeah you keep saying he will be Rubio’s backup but I think they signed him to be a potential SG. Unlike Rubio, Shved has a pretty fluid shot. Also, Adelman likes have 2 really good ball handlers for his offense. He made this really clear when he started Luke Ridnour at the 2 even though he was an immense liability as a defender.

It would be great if the Russian Rubio shows flashes of brilliance as
Ricky rehabs his knee; they say he has a bit of flair/passing that is poor mans Rubio like and I’m sure Adelman will run him in the pick and roll like Ricky last year.
