Finally. I thought once the Batum acquistion went through the Wolves would go straight to signing him. It was reported that he would he few days ago and it’s a relief to have this official. Steimsma will be an excellent defensive backup to Pekovic and anything we can get out of him on offense is pro bono. He is definitely one of those hustle players that can really turn a good team into great. Energy isn’t valued enough in the NBA.

Don’t forget Sved the Russian shot 50% from 3 in a euro league last year or year before and his YouTube highlights make him look like a really interesting fit next to Rubio in Adelman’s offense. I’m ridiculously excited for the upcoming timberwolves season; especially if they add AK-47 on the wing and/or SG Brewer
