Video: Steve Nash makes a little girl cry

Jul 9, 2012, 11:06 AM EDT

As a father with daughters about this age, let me be up front is saying it’s not that hard to get them to cry. Telling them you made round pancakes not Micky Mouse shape can do it.

But if they are emotionally invested at all in something and it doesn’t go like they want, there will be tears. Lots and lots of tears.

And on one level, I think she speaks… er, cries for a lot of Suns fans. This wasn’t easy for them.

That little girl will be flooding these comment boards in no time. She’ll fit in just fine.

Totally staged. Like that little girl even knows who Steve Nash is.

Hey Mom, I got another good video for you to tape…video your daughter again when Shane Doan goes to the Kings, and let’s see how she feels about that!

Whats wrong with parents and this new craze of videotaping their children’s vulnerable moments, just to put on youtube?

Husband: “Hey, Steve Nash got traded to LA. We should make Susie some pancakes and explain to her that these things happen, and that Nash fulfilled his contract and made the tough decision to leave.”

Wife: “NO! I have a better idea. Lets get the recorder and tell her, so we can videotape her response! She will start to cry, it will be totally sweet. We are going to get a million hits on youtube for sure.”

It’s Called Toddler and Tiara syndrome. Mommy never made it as a Broadway actress (ie:stripper) so they stage and pimp out their child with scenes like this. Clearly this child cannot act and is doomed to follow her mother to the pole 😉 . Daddy loves you sweetheart…Wherever he is… lol

If this is real, this kid is going to need many years of therapy. Many, many years!
