Reports out today that Rockets prefer to deal with NYK and NOT the Heat bc they are getting better pieces from NYK. This is exactly my only point that Battier and Anthony aren’t wanted WHATSOEVER in Houston so unless Miami is willing to part with a future 1st and/or enough cheap young talent they won’t get Camby.

All digit has said is Camby sucks and Norris Cole isn’t underused.

Both are dumb and incorrect. Camby is more necessary to Miami than Cole or a 2015 first rounder. End of argument. Pretty one sided.

Everything is hard to understand. Your reasoning for sending Norris Cole and a 1st round draft pick for a 36 year old center is off whack. What you clearly fail to understand is that Cole is a ROOKIE on a veteran laiden team and therefore by default his numbers are going to be limited. Add to the fact that he is not a complete player and still needs development. The trade proposal you put up is nothing but wishful thinking on your part because you obviously see some potential in Cole to even mention him. The Jeat still need someone to come in for Chalmers, and like you previously mentioned, is cheap and capable and at this point of his career moldable, so please tell me why in the hell would the Heat trade Cole AND a 1st round draft pick for Camby?

Cole is underused, young and cheap, that makes him a perfect candidate to be shipped in a S&T to Houston.

How is he underused?

He played less than 7 minutes/game in the Eastern Conference Finals against Boston (vs. Rondo & Allen backcourt)

He didn’t even see the floor in game 1 of the NBA finals. That’s UNDERUSED. He got bigger minutes once they started blowing out OKC.

He didn’t play in game 1 of the series against Indiana and averaged less than 7 minutes/game in the playoff series vs NYK.

Houston has a TON of 6’8-6’10 post players do Joel is not wanted or needed.

Who else are you gonna send since I’m the crazy one saying Cole + a first rounder in 2015.

That is just what I like… Let’s watch the Heat get cocky and arrogant as they sign on talent like someone turned off the salary cap setting on a video game. I want them cocky, just like last year. That way when they play against other teams in the playoffs, they willl once again have the weight of the world against them. The Heat are in a “unique” situation where they have legally aquired R. Allen and maybe now M.Camby. The reason? They have balanced/managed their salary cap so well and thats why they are able to do it.! They didn’t “STEAL” any players like the THUGS you are claiming them to be. This is called good CBA management.

The reality is incompetent management leads to mediocre teams. San Antonio And OKC show that location and size of market are only a problem if you use that for an excuse. Hell, the Knicks have shown as well as any other team that a large payroll and large market don’t mean a thing when terrible front offices make terrible decisions.
