You are right about D. Rose. Surgery and recovery maybe going well but he will not be 100% like he used to. There is a psychological effect to a person's attitude with invincibility to injuries when things like these happens particularly when their athletic career is just peaking at a young age. There is that question in the back of your head wondering if it could happen to the other leg or is the surgically repaired leg has healed completely. Remember, it took years to develop that strength before the injury.

Basketball athletes with potential never recovered to play much better in their career after injury.
Bill Walton, Grant Hill, Bill Cartwright, Yao Ming... to name a few. They were able to play again but not the same before the injury.

With Ray Allen's injuries, his footing will be different. He will need to re-adjust his body movement and shooting rythm, to gain that high shooting percentage before the injury; and that could take a whole season. Remember, it all starts with your footing as you learned from your gym class. You saw Allen missed easy shots during the playoffs, that under different situations, that was a typical sure shot.

Indiana makes way more sense, especially with no Rose in Chicago for most of the year. They could really put themselves in a good spot.

people keep forgetting that Don Sterling is still the owner and his track record speaks for itself. Vinny is a good man and good coach but he wont take them to the promised land. This team is starting to resemble the Nuggets, good enough to get into the playoffs but never good enough to go all the way. They have never been this deep, but if the Lakers and Spurs stay healthy, the best they can hope for is 4th in the west because we know OKC will be on top and I honestly dont see the Clips beating either of those teams in a series. With all that said, if Jamal just wants $ then this may be a good choice but too much has to go right for the Clips to make the finals.

If the Clippers were savvy, they'd load up their roster with the old guys like Kidd, T-Mac, Grant Hill, AI, etc...Guys that know how to play...Too many things have to go right for that to happen. Good to see a perennial loser work to better themselves.

Haters gon hate. Lee is our best option. He's a young guy whos a good defender and good shooter who should get better, unlike Crawford who's on the decline. This should be an easy pick, but it won't be.

It's a shame the rockets aren't resigning courtney lee. Hopefully Jeremy lamb will fill his role. Lee really improved this year as a starter.
