I think so. Asik fit in nicely in a hustling Bulls system. His offensive game is non-existent and is an average shot blocker for his size. With the league shifting to smaller, more athletic lineups, guys like Asik shouldn’t be worth more than a few million per year.

Absolutly HATE, HATE, HATE what it looks like the Lakers are trying to do!! Nick Young or Brandon Rush would be tolerable, but not for the money I’m sure those guys are gonna be asking for. I pray to God Lakers don’t do any of those other moves!

And what is Houston Doing!?? Why so much for that guy?? If I were them I would’ve rather kept Dalembert. That’s waaaay too much to pay Asik! Have fun with your 8 pts., 6 reb. a night.
