		<description><![CDATA[I sometimes feel sorry for Spoelstra - especially when fans try to compare him to Rivers.  Given all of Rivers experience as a player and coach comparisons are just downright unfair.

Rivers clearly was proactive - and had Spoelstra and the Heat in a re-active mode down the stretch, playing not-to-lose when the Celtics were playing to win.

Spoelstra would be fine if his Big Three were older, less selfish, and more mature - in other words if they knew how to play as a team.  A coach can be a big part of that but even the best coach can&#039;t force guys who play as individuals to buy into a true team concept.

From what we&#039;ve seen the Heat is just not a true &quot;team.&quot;  That may cost Spoelstra his job eventually - especially if they can&#039;t win this series.]]></description>
