When u draft guys like Rondo, Deng, Nate Robinson and. Fernandez and trade them for no other reason than to avoid the luxury team then you aren&#039;t thinking long term. Then turn around sign guys like Marcus Banks to 5 mil a year. Bad decision after bad decision on trades and signgings the past few years.]]></description>
