He’d offer something defensively, but this team could go with Chandler and Love as the centers and be fine. Especially when they’ve shown in the past that they like to run Lebron and Melo at the 4. To make for some super quick lineups with the ability to have 4-5 players that have range.

Davis just lacks the experience of banging in the post. You could bring in Javale McGee and he’s pretty much the same thing with more experience against big men.

Nothing against Davis, it’s just that he’s been playing against 18, 19, and 20 y/o’s that play basketball in between classes.
