Yes, the roster you are saying is so great was put together by Pat Riley and Mickey Arison.

Prior to 2010, Pat Riley was pretty good too you know. You may want to google him sometime. And in 1995, Mickey Arison brought him here, and started it all. Prior to 1995, the Miami Heat were extremely Golden State-ish. Not since.

Every Heat game is an event. They matter. What's wrong with fans appreciatingvtheir team's front office? These sites aren't only for complainers and those whose only joy comes from others failures and/or disappointments. Some of us are grateful forcible franchise and this incredible fan experience. Win or lose, it has been a blast.

I wonder why the draft lottery is held so late? Why not back in the first round of the playoffs so non-playoff teams have more time to discuss trades, and target how they will improve their rosters with actual scenarios instead of possibilities.

Thank God for Pat Riley and Mickey Arison? You're kidding right? Your and other plans pointless gloating over Heat victories(when all logic dictates they should romp to a title every season given their roster) is one thing, but making them out to be a great owner/GM because they won the collusion sweepstakes? Whatever. The fact Riley won executive of the year last season is a joke in itself. So they cleared cap space like half the league for 2010. Big deal. So much for scouting, player development, trades, the NBA Draft.

As a Jazz fan, I love it. Instead of watching draft day praying that we get a pick, it would be nice to have the thing settled AND gain something as well ( a second round pick this year and a guarantee that "whatever the pick is next year, it's ours" would do it for me).

ut it does show how aggressive the Warriors will be in trying to get back on track as quickly as possible.

Wouldn't that statement imply that they were ON track at some point
