The NBA is all about the spectacle, refs aren’t going to call offensive fouls on Griffin on those posters because it looks awesome!

Nice. I was gonna be disappointed if that Faried dunk wasn’t in there, glad they recognized. And yea, some of Blake’s jams should be called offensive fouls. Can’t expect the guy to stop if the refs don’t call it, though. It’s no different than Kobe or Wade using their off arm to clear guys out, as they frequently do all over the court without getting called. Don’t get me wrong, I hate the NBA’s awful reffing as much as anyone else, but it seems kinda pointless to hate on individual players for a league failing. If anything, I think the egregious flopping is far worse sportsmanship than a guy hooking with an elbow or clearing out with a forearm to get some space to shoot– at least that’s still some semblance of a basketball play. Just my opinion.

A few thoughts here…does Griffin ever dunk without fouling? The first on he was clearly over the back on Pau and the next one he had a nice elbow to his head…

Yes. Gerald Green dunk was definitely no. 1. Head way above the rim, catch and windmill, no LEFT ARM to push the defender away. Well deserved.
