Umm, I think Doc Rivers is the coach of the Boston Celtics who signed a 5-year deal a couple years ago, but i guess he’ll step down from the job to go be GM of the Magic, that seems logical

Don’t be surprised if it ends up being Doc rivers as GM or Phil Jackson GM and hires brian shaw as coach. All have championship exp and shaw played with the magic (shaq years) so he’s familiar with Alex Martins, Rich and Dan de vos.

Why are you ripping on Shaq so much…it clear over the course of his career is that he knows how to work the media and public. Its clear that Shaq says and does certain things publicly but behind the scenes he is very calculating and intelligent. No to mention he is well educated and has a championship background. Sure he could have stayed more focused and in better shape during his career but to just cast him off as “not a hard worker” is kind of ridiculous. Obviously he is not a legitimate GM candidate, maybe down the road if he spend sometime in the front offices, but know reason to hate on him so hard.

Shaq is smart but too egotistical to run any team. He’d probably try to suit-up to play again and then sit out most of the year with another ghost-injury. When that fails he’ll blame the coach or anyone other than himself… If it walks like a Shaq and talks like a Shaq then it’s probably a Shaq. Good luck Orlando
