Nash is very much a guy who wants to win a championship but only if the team is the right fit. He’s said that on multiple occasions. The last place he will ever go is the lakers. Nash does not want to play with a bunch of douchebagsss even if they were the favorites to compete, which they aren’t.

Nash will wear a #13 with three possible teams…suns (loyalty), heat (duh), lakers (they didn’t get Howard). Why play anywhere else…seriously

Not sure you know what you’re talking about, Mr. Helin. New York assumed Nash wanted to play for their team while D’antoni was coaching. Not the case anymore.

If I was Nash, my options would be Phoenix (if they bring in all star level talent), Indiana (if they keep Hibbert), New York (if they win arbitration and can offer full mid level), followed by Dallas.

Dark horse team would be Portland.

Indiana can offer him money, a chance at a ring, a current hole at PG to fill and the ability to stay out of the media limelight.
