mungman69 I think u got it right. Both Heat and Celtics can be takin out. It would b a good series – Spurs against Pacers. Although I’m a huge fan of the Spurs, Pacers are looking tough but will not match up against spurs cuz of the Vets and a hell of a bench.

First of all hats off to the Spurs. What disgusted me most was how many uncontested lay ups that Parker had. This is the playoffs and just like they hack BG they should be putting Tony to the floor and making him earn it at the line. I don’t think CP had a worse game all year than that game as well. I don’t think we will see the same type of game on Sat or Sun, if we do it will be another sweep for the Spurs.

San Antonio just might win it all. Of course I want the LAKERS to win it but I’m also a big Tim Duncan fan. So, if my team can’t win I’m pulling for “Timmy”.

How long until Chris Paul complains about playing for the Clippers now? Same results he always had when playing for the Hornets. Just switched David West for Blake Griffin. You need to look in the mirror CP3.

Sounds like someone missed last nights result. I’m not a Lebron hater. I want him to win titles. But Bosh’s injury was just a bad break, like Rose’s for Chicago. They don’t look like a team with enough gas left in the tank to overcome the Pacers. Even if they somehow come back to win the series, the Heat will get annihilated by the Celtics, if Bosh can’t play and, even if he can play, it won’t be at full strength and it might well not be enough. For fans of team basketball, the dream Finals would be Spurs-Celtics. Both teams old enough that they have to rely on the fundamentals, rather than pure individual talent.

Yes, the Clippers have many injuries and are not equipped to deal with the Spurs. Right now the Spurs are the best team in the NBA.
How about a Spurs vs. Pacers final? The Heat are in trouble, Boston is old, Thunder are real good.
Can the Thunder hang with the Spurs?

the Spurs look like a well oiled machine playing at a level that the Clips have never seen, they will get slowed down in the next round against the Thunder but they are playing very well so the Thunder need to finish off the Lakers has fast as they can.

You have the Spurs who are not only well-rested, but tons of playoff experience, 100% healthy and one of the best offenses in the league. The Clippers have barely no playoff experience, just got finished playing a 7 game series with the Grizzlies that was more like a wrestling match, front line plagued with injuries, and are surviving on 100% guts and determination. The lost the game but they’re not losers. Sometimes the journey is just as important as the destination.
