That was a nice story and all, but it isn’t like he had a punctured heart or anything. He took 2 flesh wounds.

I’m not calling the dude a crybaby (he is, but no more than 75% of the NBA), but don’t act like he had a machete in his stomach, pull it out and immediately played. He had some flesh wounds, sat out a month or so, and came back. Nothing noteworthy there except that fact that an NBA player was stabbed

Pierce has historically been shut down (comparatively) by Iggy (as much as I’d LOVE to see him gone this offseason, and the last 3 off seasons). This is nothing new. The reason the C’s owned the Sixers the last few years was not the big 3, it was not Rondo. It was, specifically Ray Allen. The sixers have no answer for him. Allen being hurt is having a much larger effect on this series than Pierce ever would.

I’m not saying it would be that way against any other opponent, but it is true in this series

The dude got stabbed in the face and back and still played that season. He’s playing with a sprained knee and saying he’s fine. Continue to hate him because he beats your team, though. Continue to say he’s a crybaby and THAT’S why you dislike him.

The only thing that’s obvious is that Paul pierce is the biggest cry baby in the league. He has always greatly overexagerated his injuries and the only reason he is doing it now is so he has an excuse if the celtics lose. My least favorite player in the league cause he talks like he is tough but then acts the way he does, should have been a soccer player.
