As we told you was coming, LeBron James officially became the winner of the NBA MVP for the third time, the official announcement came down on Saturday. What you see above are some highlights of his acceptance speech.

James said he was nervous and then went on to thank his mother, Gloria, for all she has done for him.

And his last line is for all you who read this far and said “it doesn’t matter until he wins a ring.”

Thanks Mom for wearing those skin tight red leather pants stretchered out across your fat cellulite covered booty to every one of my home games and blowing all my teammates.

Does Hallmark have a Mother’s Day card for Lebron’s situation?

Watching this man play has been a privilege. He is unspeakably good. Historically good. He deserves this award. And hopefully in about 5 weeks; all of you pitiful and gutless people, who should be ashamed of yourself for your hateful comments and classless behavior, will witness him holding the real award over his head.

    Congratulations LeBron James. M-V-P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He’s nervous because no MVP has won the title since Tim Duncan and the Spurs in 2001. And less than a handful did it in the 20 years prior to that.

      Oops…I meant 2002-03, and not 2001-02.

Wait’ll the next Oscar Nominations come out. We can watch the replays of him grabbing the back of his head after getting poked in the back. It was like watching Peter Griffin on the ground holding his knee! lol

This should have been his 5th MVP in a row.
