Will he be a sixth man next year? Early exit and maybe you see OKC thinking about trading this guy. Him and Ibaka’s contracts come up next year, and I don’t think they can afford both…then again he is probably the 3rd best shooting guard in the leauge.

As much as I hated him coming off the bench to start with, I saw the value of it all season long. Great player. His role is perfect, as the OKC bench would be terrible without him on that unit.

The sixth man is a challenging role. First, you have to put your ego aside accepting that you are not going to be introduced with all of the pyrotechnics going off. Sure, Harden is a starter on most, if not every NBA team but the great sixth men play the role of providing 15 or more points off the bench when the starters are getting a breather. When Harden started this year when Sefolosha was out, the Thunder struggled to produce bench points. He has game.
