So the Kings / Royals history can go to crap and be replaced by the SuperSonics with crappy ownership. If they have to move which I don’t think they should because the ownership are dicks they should not go to San Diego and SoCal doesn’t need 3 NBA teams when other majors cities still don’t have one how about back to KC or Cincinnati and reprise some of there past history.

You knew this was going to happen.They only agreed to this deal originally because of the pressure from the NBA and the city and the fans placed on them.As soon as they shook hands and mugged for the cameras you know they got on the phone with their advisers and said”look for the loophole to get us out of this deal”.Didnt take long did it?the fans in Sacramento deserve better than these frat boys who are good at sniffing blow off a hookers ass but not managing their finances well.Theres a reason they had to sell off most of their assets including the liquor distribution and controlling interest in the Palms.They are a fraud and have ruined what their father built.They aren’t fit to be cooks at McDonalds let alone own an NBA team.

Of course the deal is dead. Any deal that requires the Maloofs to put up anything more than gas money to the closing is dead. Everyone knows that the Maloofs are broke, right? They now own 2% more of the Palms than I do (note: I own 0%.).

Tropical morons..blow up a deal actually better than the Anaheim deal AND your the anchor tenant. Fact is they are broke, can’t afford the deal and have made fools of themselves and insulted the NBA. In the end if they leave Sacramento looks the best in all of this…they are laughing stocks and proved it again. The relocation committee are not going to approve a move now when the wanted them to stay and they blew up a fair deal. I think the NBA and other owners are going to make life very difficult for them and selling may be in their best interest. They can’t move now after all they did not going to happen.

Sad to see this happen to the fans in Sacremento who look like they’re going to lose their only pro sports franchise. The Maloofs are fools if they think they can bring a third team into the L.A./O.C. market and succeed. There were hardly any clippers fans here before this season, do they really expect to bring a worse team to orange county and expect to earn new fans? Orange County is basically 95% Lakers fans and 5% other. They would only sell out the Honda center when the Lakers were playing them on the road. If these guys are going to weasel their way out of Sacremento they better go to Vegas or maybe even San Diego, but I guarantee that if they do end up in Anahim that it will kill this franchise for good because they would be lucky to win over any Lakers or Clippers fans. Stay in Sacremento

Maloofs have pissed all over themselves and all the goodwill they spent 20 yrs building in Sacramento. They deserve to lose everything including the Kings and are apparently well on their way to such a scenario. Maloofs suck. Kevin Johnson did his best but when dealing with liars and unethical business people this is what happens. The fans should force the Maloffs to sell by boycotting next season’s games.
