Durant isn’t that bright and Queen James doesn’t deserve to be MVP, never has. Kobe Bryant deserves the MVP this year because he has had the most to overcome. Kobe had to start the season with an injury, a new idiot coach, a new lesser lineup and yet despite all those obstacles Kobe has brought the Lakers to the end of the season in far better shape than any thought possible. Durant couldn’t even keep the Thunder ahead of the ancient Spurs and Queen James couldn’t get the Heat past the Bulls. Kobe deserves the MVP this year for certain!

You dont know that. Just because he says the right things after the game doesnt mean anything. People think they know these guys because you get a 30 second soundbite after a victory. Durant seems like a good guy, but there is a difference between his public persona and his true personality. People previously put Kobe and Lebron on pedestals only to have them fall when they didnt live up to their unrealistic expectations.

Durant is just showing class at his young age. We need more good Basketball role models in the NBA that are team players and show maturity. I’m a Lakers fan and it still blows my mind when Bynum acts like he acts, and he is not the only one. KD All the way!

lebron should win it without a doubt. he is the most hated on man in the nba. he has had several game winners as of late several games where he completely dominates the final quarter but all goes without much ado. he has stastically been 1 or 2 in clutch performers the last 5 years even with the meltdown in finals. even tho people forget what he did the series before agaimst the bulls. one bad game and its blared all over and talked about in every forum. this year numbers dont lie.

bulls fan and used to be a kobe hater, but where is the love for kobe in the MVP race? new coach, got hella miles on those legs and he comes out and leads the league in scoring wire to wire and has his team playing great ball and in position to make another run despite having a weaker team then years passed. not saying he should win but definately should be in consideration
