They want out. They own the team. They can go to a bigger market where a TV deal would make them more money in the first year than 10 in Sacramento. The new fans and city council would welcome them with open arms. The NBA and it’s owners will also get richer as a result, and have no interest in forcing the Maloofs to sell.

So what exactly makes you think there’s a snowball’s chance in hell they stay in Sacto?
