Well, it appears that upwards of ninety percent of commentariat here believe the story. Seems hatred for professional athletes trumps using all lower case text to criticize a journalists spelling or grammar.

Agree with rickditka, Dwight can’t win leading a team. He reminds me of a big clown. Think of all the previous championship winning teams and who their leader was. This list includes (in no order) Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, Paul Pierce, Dwyane Wade…. Dwight is not like these guys. They are single-minded in winning a championship. Dwight wants to joke around and have a good time. This is the tone he sets for that Magic team! He won’t win in Orlando until he changes or until they get someone to lead him. Ultimately he’ll have to change his attitude to win. I think deep down he knows he’s not a leader, and that’s OK. If he teams up with Deron in NJ, Orlando, or Dallas, he might win.

Enough is enough, Dwight really needs to just make a dam decision. Either stay with the magic, play your game and keep your mouth shut or tell the team he intends to leave.

I believe there are outside sources “leaking” these storiesand I think the motive is to drive a wedge between the Magic and Howard so they trade him.

I think what Howard wants more than anything is to complain. He doesn’t seem to realize that he is not good enough to be the centerpiece of a championship team.
