Didn’t they loose controlling interest of the Palms. It looks like after the meetings they may be loosing controlling interest in the in the Kings to turn things around in Sacramento.

These guys are slime balls . They a playing games they want to move but don’t want to look like the bad guys its like they challenged the city to 1 on 1 and lost then said wait best 2 outta 3 …then 3 outta 5 at some point these guys need to admit defeat and sell the team .

You, obviously have not been to Power Balance Pavilion. There are sections of the buildings that are closed off and empty due to the bad condition not due to the fans-base. A new building in Sacramento will rejuvenate the Downtown District and revamp the Kings franchise (also try going to a Thursday night game or buy yourself NBA League Pass and say Kings need fans.

Translation: The city has done everything it said it would do…ante up, stop playing games or believe you may think you will be going elsewhere..but it’ll be them leaving and Burkle stepping in to buy. Fan support has never been an issue in Sac..EVER..the current building sucks and there’s a proposal for a great one. The Magoofs are the issue not Sac

The kings don’t need a new building they need fans. That place used to be as formidable as any arena back when it was packed and they were winning. Anybody else remember the bibby, cristie, c-webb, turkoglu, and divac team? Unless you plan to play crowd noises over the PA all the new building is gonna do is put then in debt.
