Doubtful since any sale would also include the Rose Garden arena which Allen owns as well.He would make money off of leasing it to another franchise(NHL?) or when the circus comes to town.He wouldnt own HP pavilion Ifmhe took him there.Besides there’s no way The NBA would allow the Blazers to leave Portland.
