The jury is still out bc of the perception that jim buss’ desires to make his own mark outweigh his responsibility (given to him by dr. Buss) to be the caretaker of the franchise going forward. Winning cures everything, and the younger buss’ moves will be applauded if he just focuses on providing as much opportunity as possible for the players on the court to achieve success. For good or ill, the bar has been set very high and we fans expect quite a bit, but it is not a knock on jim so much as the ultimate compliment to jerry for his prowess that has gotten us used to winning. Stay the course, jim, just like your father let the business of basketball be your guide.
