Vlade “Floppy” Divac is the greatest flopper of all time. I believe he’s a big soccer fan and decided to bring flopping to the NBA. Honestly he’s the pioneer of flopping in basketball.

Most stars are guilty of flopping, although Lebron and Kobe are both not that bad. They do have their moments, but usually they play tough basketball and don’t embellish contact (at least in comparison to other stars).

Pierce is by far and away the No.1 flopper in NBA history. It’s not even close. I actually like what Ginobili, Battier, Scola, and Wade do – they don’t fake injury, they just try to sell calls. That’s good fundamental basketball.

Pierce literally winces, wails, and screams in agony, sometimes staying on the floor for several minutes. He fakes limps all the time. The guy is a true whiner, one of the all-time great babies in the NBA. He’s about as tough as toilet paper.

Between the whole ‘head touching’ deal not long ago and his flopping antics Paul appears to be either very immature or in need of counseling…and I don’t believe in counseling.

He just needs to grow up….

Paul Pierce is the Marlon Brando of the NBA.
He deserves an Oscar for some of his flops. The one on the youtube link is nowhere nearly as bad as some I remember.
I can’t remember the game, but I do remember Pierce wincing and grabbing his eye and cheek in terrible pain after a swung elbo. As he kept raising his hand back to his face, apparently to ‘check for blood’, the replay clearly showed the other players elbo clearly cleared Pierce’s face by almost three inches… No joke?
