Dwight passes far better out of the double team, he has a better running hook and he has a 12-foot jumper (sort of like Duncan, loves the bank). If you don't see that, you haven't watched Howard closely in two years. Also, the whole "all he can do is dunk" thing you are leaning toward -- that's the highest percentage shot in basketball. If all you do is dunk and you score a lot of points, I'm good with that.

If your basketball insight level is just as high as quality of your articles, I think I'll stick with my point. Bynum is a much more complete offensive player and easily the best offensive true center in the NBA. Ask Shaq. Not to say that what Shaq says isnt ridiculous because most of the time it is, but I guess he knows a little about offensive centers.

Sure have. All power. No finesse. Bynum is the more polished offensive player. If he could learn to pass out of the triple team he might be something. Ride Superman all you want, Kurt. The rest of us (especially Lakers fans) can see Dwight is lacking offensively and that most of his points come from put backs and alley-oops. He's the best big man in the league, but certainly not the most polished... much like Shaq when he was in Orlando.

And you wanted to give up this guy for Dwight? I'm so glad this trade never happened. I love Bynum, love his passion, hell there's even sth about those cheapshots he takes that makes me feel good about him as a Laker fan. Dwight, on the other hand, is a primadonna who can't touch Bynum on the offensive end, period.

There should be a term for when players are playing up because their team is giving them more touches to display there skills to strengthen their trade value... any ideas? Like.... The Lakers are trying to boost Bynum's trade value so they are currently "flexing" him.... any good?
