are the league owners going to cry when stern gives his team the number one pick in the draft? what happens when that goes down in july?

the draft lottery is a crapshoot unless, you know, it works out for marketing or reimbursement for embarrassment...rose going to chicago, lebron going to cleveland and last season dan gilbert getting the #1 because lebron made him cry.

oops, i almost forgot patrick ewing to the knicks...damn thats one cold envelope your picking david, better drop the other two!

dictator stern is a joke

Let go of your bitterness over the Paul trade man.
They got a better deal than they would have from the Lakers anyway. They got a young player and a better pick.
The Lakers deal made no sense for a rebuilding team. The Lakers have NO young assets to trade, except Bynum, who is injury prone and supposedly they weren't willing to part with.
You act like Stern is Dan Gilbert's lapdog or something. I don't see any evidence that that's the case except that Gilbert sent an email. So what? Gilbert has sent irrational emails before when he DIDN'T get what he wanted.

Why would they move him there is no guarantee they get the one ball in the loto and Anthony Davis just falls into the Bees' laps. Not to mention a front court with Kaman (if he can come back on the cheep) and maybe Davis is a pretty good front court considering a healthy Gordon could be holding down the back. With plenty of cash to get people and another lotto pick the Bees can get good fast provided they don't go George Shin and spend wisely vs. just throwing money at guys like James Posey.
