Video: Joakim Noah with block on one end, dunk on other

Mar 15, 2012, 8:17 AM EDT

Energy is a talent. It may be Joakim Noah‘s best talent.

In a game where the outgunned Bulls just had more energy and outworked the Heat, nobody exemplified that better than Noah — and this play may have best summed up the game. Joel Anthony ends up in a poster.

I’m not going to read much into one regular season game saying anything about the eventual Eastern Conference Finals between these two sides. What it does show is the Bulls bring their effort every night. And Noah is at the heart of it all.

Note to Bulls fans: I’ve never seen Dwight Howard play like that.

“I’m not going to read much into one regular season game”
Unless it is LeBron dunking over one of the smallest players in the NBA right Kurt?

After a slow start, Noah has been a beast this season.
Howard is the best Center in the game but he is not what the Bulls really need.
The combination of Noah and Asik have been more than good enough.

The best part was seeing D-Wade crawl to the ref on his hands and knees begging for that foul. Even though he just got straight packed, clean as can be.

They were not going to get the calls in this game and they knew it.

Noah is more than just a high-energy guy.
He runs the floor very well for a guy his size and is an excellent trailer.
He is quick enough to come out to the 3-point line to defend and still get back to the basket for the block or rebound, he is a great passer, he mops up on the boards and he is shooting 76% from the free throw line.
Other than Dirk Nowitzki how many Centers in the NBA are that consistent from the line?
His shot is ugly and I will take it all day.

Great play by Noah. The Heat were out hustled and out played. The lack of energy and effort from the Heat was embarrassing. The Bulls are the best team right now.
