I agree. I am always pushing the Ramon Sessions acquisition. I think he’s a no-nonsense PG who can keep up with the likes of Westbrook , Tony Parker and Jason Kidd. I think the Lakers should get Sessions now! The deadline is within 2 days!

Getting rid of Steve Flake would certainly help but Felton isn’t the point guard we’re looking for. Flake has been an embarrassment to the Lakers, the fools who brought him to the Lakers should be fired, namely Jim Buss and Mitch Kupcake. The Lakers need a real good young point guard, someone who would be proud to wear the purple and gold and who would produce.

This is the best lakers trade news I’ve heard all year!! Not saying Felton is the exact answer or that he’s even the ideal point guard for the purple and gold for years beyond, but to trade JUST worthless Steve Blake and his 3 year/$12 mill. AND another spare part (we’ve got a lot of them!) and maybe some cash!? Maaan oooh man! What a deal!

We get a competent PG that hopefully returns back to his CHA/NYK form where he was considerd an all-star canidate before he got traded to DEN and we DON’T have to surrender a pick (crucial to keep that with this years draft class) like we would for Sessions AND get rid of a couple bad contracts! Pull the damn triggerrrrrrrrrrr!!!! The best part about this is that POR is the one seeking it!

This is just too damn good to be true or for it to even happen, I don’t wanna get my hopes up, I know I’m just gonna end up mad as hell when Jimmy/Mitch shoot down this golden oppertunity.

Maybe he’d be better than Blake but I still don’t wanna see Felton in the Purple and Gold. I don’t see him being a difference maker. Now if the LAKERS can get Ramon Sessions I’d like our chances against OKC much better.

Trading Blake for Felton will make difference in a playoff series. The Lakers need to think bigger.
