Marcus Camby shoves Kevin Saraphin, ejected in near-brawl

Mar 10, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT

You know what will help the Blazers get their feet under them? This.

OK, so that probably wont’ help them get their feet under them.

There’s been a lot of talk about Marcus Camby potentially being unhappy in the Blazers’ locker room. This probably will not help the estimation of where he’s at mentally. That’s just losing your head. We don’t know what Seraphin was doing or saying. But it certainly got to Camby pretty bad, if he did anything at all.

You can expect Camby to miss a few games for this one. What a weird season for Portland.

Am always amazed at the fact that Marcus Camby is still playing basketball.

Calling this a near brawl is a bit of a stretch.

Seraphin didn’t want none lol. No way a ref can really hold back a 6’9 240 pound guy that easy lol. Sidenote what a stupid ass comment at the end. “He probably said something to him in French…” what the hell?!?!

    • jamesinva - Mar 11, 2012 at 2:29 PM

Nicolas Batum was holding Seraphin back. Batum is from France. Kevin Seraphin is ALSO from France. Put 2 and 2 together…how is that a stupid ass comment? Oh, your stupid ass didnt know thats why.

Do your research before stumbling over a bunch of chairs and tables to write WHAT THE HEll?!?!

      LOL

They need something to kick them in the ass, maybe this is it. If not, tis a lost season :(

Calling 90% of basketball brawls a brawl is a bit of a stretch.

Near brawl? We don’t know what Seraphin said?

Ummm… no. And probably NOTHING! The whole reason this stared was the box-out attempt to Camby’s face. Camby obviously didn’t like it, so he shoved Seraphin.

How was there anything mysterious or confusing about the cause and effect in this situation?

The mystery is how a 37 year old knocks down a 22 year old so easily

Suspended? You got to be kidding, he was ejected from the game there should be no more punishment except perhaps a $5,000 fine.

Marcus Camby is the man, and is still getting it done at his age.

How about an elbow to Camby’s throat.
