Kobe is ao overated? 5 rings 3 allstar mvps, a few scoring titles, mvp of the league, about 29000 career points and countless buzzer beaters in preassure pack post season games, and so overreated?? I guess michael jordand was over reated too then??

Keyshawn22 and Max20: are you guys real fans of the game or do you just cheer your teams along. Kobe and D-Wade are over-rated? Really. So explain how they both have championship rings.
I don’t really think this one game matters too much, but it does magnify the deficiencies in the Heat’s roster – size. So the thing is they can be beaten by a team that has size, prevents the dribble penetration and rebounds therefore limiting fast break opportunities

Hats off the Lakers, they definetely out-performed the Heat. Wade was off and obviously against a team with two productive bigs, Bosh was really missed.

But, to be honest I’m glad this is going on. I didn’t want this team to peak early and then run out of steam. Lets re-group and begin one last final run. LETS GO HEAT!!

About time that the player formerly known as Ron Artest had a good game, now the question is can he do that a lot more consistently. I’m not sure I’d call the victory over the short handed Heat a statement game but it sure felt good to see the Lakers finally beat the new Heat. Beating the Thunder on the road would be more like a statement game. Kobe had a good shooting performance and Bynum and Gasol played the middle very well. We Laker fans can only hope that the team plays like this the rest of the season and into the playoffs. Let’s also hope Kupcake makes a good trade for a young fast point guard, the big hole that needs filling if the Lakers are to do well in the playoffs.

Here’s what u nerds don’t realize. The Heat can win any game in their sleep if they tried. 9 wins in a row all by double digits, this team is finally BORED WITH THE REGULAR SEASON. the playoffs is what Miami is playing for. So while loser teams like the lakers are happy over one insignificant win over Wade and the Heat, the Heat have a bigger picture to stare at this season: a championship, something the lakers have ZERO CHANCE of getting this year. Enjoy this lil garbage win ducks, the Heat have bigger prizes to claim.

17 and 2 at home, the best home record in the league! The Lakers have a punchers chance as they stand. A slow half court set in the playoffs will suit them well. Throwing the ball into the post makes it hard for any team to deal with the Lakers.

Kobe is so overrated. He had a great 1st qtr and did nothing the rest of the game besides make a wide open jump shot late. Metta World Peace was the reason the lakers won this game, give the guy his props, stop praising the ball hog for doing a whole lot of nothing.
