I watch their show occasionally and she's not bad at all. Not the brightest bulb in the box, but as previously mentioned, she's supportive of him, and their relationship seems to be a loving one. Obviously, it could all be the way it is portrayed on the TV, but it looks to be one of those rare Hollywood couples that actually works out.

At this point, Mark Cuban will hold onto Lamar Odom if only because he knows how much better the Lakers would be if they had him. Why would he make a rival stronger? He won't.

The bad play and the family issues and emotional issues Odom clearly deals with are important and I'm sure Cuban means what he said, but you can't tell me in the back of his mind, he simply knows L.O makes the Lakers better and doing Jerry Buss a favor isn't smart business.

I'm not taking him to task for missing a couple games now due to his father's illness. I'm simply saying that he's basically sucked all year because he didn't want to leave LA.

appreciate it man, I wasn't sure what the deal was with them. I just hope he gets his head in the game, we could really use him down the stretch.

To be honest my wife watches their show (yeah, yeah, I know, SURE your WIFE watches it) and I have to say their relationship actually seems pretty genuine and decent. I sure didn't think after how quick they got married that it was anything but legit, but as it appears (even though it's on TV and take it with a grain of salt), she's pretty supportive and loving. A little irritating to me, but apparently not to him.

Yeah clearly not over being traded in basketball if he has such a strong reaction to his father being extremely ill. He should really get over it. If he hadn't been traded, he'd probably be happy his father was ill. Lamar is an emotional guy, but let's be honest -- he has more reasons to be emotional than most people.

this sucks, I really hope he can bounce back for us. Anyone know if that 6'4 growth that he's been luggin around the last year has anything to do w/ this or is she not as big of a cancer as the rest of her family?

LO obviously is still not over his Laker break-up. He's always had some depression-type issues, highlighted by his emotional reaction to almost being traded in the Chris Paul deal. If there was ever a case to be made for reversing a completed trade - it's this one. I'm sure DAL would love their pic and trade exception back, and the Lakers would be about 5 games further ahead in the win column with LO.
