I am not as positive as you labball, but I believe the league vetoed the Paul trade because there already was a deal for Howard in place. The fans and even some players might have been up in arms if you have a lockout and a week later Howard, Paul, and Kobe magically end up on the same (large market) team. At the time, it was thought to be a sure thing Howard would be traded before the season. Odd coincidence.

Hes going to LA… After watching the all star game, you could see he interacted with kobe and blake more than deron…hes getting Ready to live near kobe and griffin and going to the same nightclubs and restaurants in LA. 100percent positive here.

Dallas might be constructed like Miami was last year, but they won’t have a Small Shot ‘Bron who torpedoes their efforts. A team with 3 certified stars is like a magnet, anyway. There will be a few nice complements who will join them for the veteran’s minimum if they feel they can win a title.

Then again, it’ll take D3 (Dirk, Dwight, and Deron) to have any shot at stopping the OKC freight train that’s not showing any signs of slowing down.
