Video: Jeremy Evans dunks two basketballs over Gordon Hayward, wins 2012 Slam Dunk Contest

Feb 25, 2012, 11:25 PM EDT

Jeremy Evans of the Utah Jazz is your 2012 Sprite Slam Dunk champion, and this dunk is likely the reason why.

In a contest full of skits, props, and gimmicks, this one was relatively straightforward, but with an incredible degree of difficulty that made it one of the more pure and meaningful dunks of the night.

    Wait…. who?

Im sorry…but this contest was weak. I had to youtube “best dunks of all time” just to compensate for what this contest lacked.

Was it just me, or did the arena seem totally empty and quiet?? Maybe the worst crowds I’ve seen for an all-star weekend. The overall night just seemed totally lackluster. Is the skills night due for an overhaul??
