The Rising Stars Challenge on All-Star weekend’s opening night was largely an abomination, with players going half-speed, playing zero defense, and only occasionally producing the kind of highlights one would hope to see in an exhibition game.
But there were a few noteworthy moments, and this one, started by Ricky Rubio dribbling between the legs of DeMarcus Cousins before finding Blake Griffin for the alley-oop finish, was by far the best of the evening.

FYI he was asked, and declined. The sponsor is Taco Bell, and Rubio is trying to convince people that he’s Spanish, not Mexican.
