Here is our daily look around the NBA — links to stories worth reading and notes to check out (stuff that did not get its own post here at PBT).

How much would you pay for a game-worn Jeremy Lin jersey and four tickets to see him play? For one guy the answer was $42,388.

Lin is helping drive huge viewership for Knicks games. (Which is a key reason why the MSG Network/Time Warner standoff was suddenly settled.)

Lin also is a sensation in his ancestral Taiwan.

If you have a strong stomach, here is a video of Shaq giving Charles Barkley a pedicure.

There’s a report that the Lakers are stepping up their efforts to get Ramon Sessions out of Cleveland. If the price is a first-round pick, will they do it?

As mentioned here before, Kobe Bryant is apparently put on the full court press to reunite with wife Vanessa.

Eric Gordon will seriously consider the Pacers when he becomes a free agent (remember he played his college ball at Indiana).

Should Tyreke Evans be forgiven for a bad reach-in foul that led to Kyrie Irving’s game winning free throws for the Cavaliers against the Kings?

Nobody listens to Wizards interim coach Randy Whitman.

Zach Randolph is back to taking contact in practices for Memphis. He’s close to returning.

Nene may not be 100 percent until next season.

Dallas guard Roddy Beaubois is out through the All-Star break for personal reasons. Also, expect a lot of trade rumors surrounding him the next few weeks.

Andray Blatche has been out of the Wizards lineup with a calf injury, but he should be back after the All-Star Break.

Magic Johnson is helping launch a television network aimed at African Americans.

The Cavaliers have given Manny Harris a 10-day contract out of the D-League.
