I disagree with Lin’s lawyer sorta. I agree wholeheartedly that some dude in Cali who thinks he can make a buck should definetly not be allowed but I also don’t think LIn should either.

Whom ever was the first to print or say the term is who IMO should get the trademark ( I of course also believe if that person is going to use the trademark the right thing to do is to share with mr Lin in the profits. Though I do not think that person should be legally bound to do that)

Lin didn’t come up with this term. In fact had someone not said it he may have never even think it up ( and we would all be spared the Lin puns )
